1. How to cancel
Open Workspace settings → Billing and select “Manage billing”. The Creem customer portal lets the subscription owner cancel renewal and manage billing details. If the portal is unavailable, email contact@getproposal.online from the account owner’s email before the renewal date.
2. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation normally stops the next renewal. Paid access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period unless a refund, charge reversal, fraud response, or legal requirement ends access earlier. Deleting a workspace does not automatically cancel a Creem subscription; cancel billing first or contact support.
3. After paid access ends
The workspace returns to free-plan limits. Existing proposals remain available, but creating additional proposals and using paid-only controls is restricted. We do not silently delete existing documents merely because a subscription ends.
4. Cancellation is not a refund
Cancelling prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund the current period. Review the refund policy for eligibility and instructions.
