Refund Policy

Eligibility, timing, and the process for subscription refund requests handled through Creem.

1. Our refund commitment

We offer a 14-day first-purchase refund window for a new paid GetProposal subscription. Submit the request within 14 calendar days of the initial charge. Approved refunds end paid access and return the workspace to the free-plan limits.

This policy does not reduce any refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.

2. Eligible requests

  • The request concerns the first paid subscription purchase for the workspace and is received within 14 calendar days.
  • A duplicate charge, incorrect billing period, or material technical failure prevented reasonable use.
  • A refund is required under applicable consumer law or Creem’s buyer terms.

3. Renewals and unused time

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once a new period begins, except for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, unresolved material service failures, or where required by law. Not using the service or forgetting to cancel does not automatically make a renewal refundable. Contact us promptly and we will review the circumstances fairly.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@getproposal.online from the purchase email and include the workspace name, charge date, and reason for the request. Do not send card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

Creem is the merchant of record and processes approved refunds through the original payment method. You may also use the support route in the Creem customer portal. Refund timing after approval depends on the payment method and financial institution.

5. Effect on access

When a full refund is issued, paid entitlements end and the workspace returns to free access. Existing documents are not silently deleted, but creation and paid controls become subject to the free-plan limits. We may refuse abusive or fraudulent requests, without affecting mandatory rights.
