1. Scope
ProposeFlow provides tools for creating, sharing, reviewing, accepting, and signing business documents. The service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or guarantee enforceability in every jurisdiction.
2. Data and privacy
Workspace data is processed to provide the service, support document workflows, send transactional notifications, maintain security, and measure product reliability. The final policy should describe actual vendors, retention, deletion, subprocessors, and international transfer safeguards.
3. Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Paddle under the plan, billing frequency, taxes, cancellation terms, and grace periods shown at checkout. ProposeFlow does not process payments from a proposal recipient and does not hold customer funds.
4. Review required
Before production launch, obtain qualified legal review, confirm the Paddle merchant-of-record presentation, and align the document with the implemented security and data-handling controls.
